What games are available?

We offer a large selection of games, featuring the latest and greatest as they come out as well as some classics. We have games for Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo switch, and Nintendo Wii. During booking, we will take specific requests and try to accommodate which games you would like as best as we can. You are welcome to bring your own games on board as long as they are properly labeled as yours. GameZone 843 will take no responsibility for mishandled, lost, or damaged games.
How many guests does the trailer accommodate and what if we have more?

We can cater up to 26 players at once, given the weather outside allows for the switch hook ups. If you have more than 26 players, no worries! We will set up timers for each game and alternate stations between players to keep everything fair!
Do you allow and food or beverages in the gaming trailer?

Unfortunately, we do not. There are a lot of aspects that go into making sure that everything is running smoothly and that being said any liquids spilled could do a lot of damage. We ask that everyone keep any food or beverages safely off of the gaming trailer.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?

We will offer a full refund 3 weeks leading up to the event for whatever reason. 2 weeks prior to the event we will offer a 50% refund to our guests. We do not offer a refund for the week of event, but we will gladly allow you to reschedule for a different date if desired!
Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?

We would absolutely love to accommodate that for our clients! It is certainly an option but depending on a few factors: whether or not there is an event scheduled after your event and if our driver is available.
What comes with my package?

Our gaming trailer hosts 7 TVs, multiple gaming systems that are periodically updated to stay current, starlink wifi that enables seamless streaming with no lag, all inside of the air temperature controlled trailer. We also host a giant outdoor jenga, cornhole, and a small tent for use in case of rain to keep the party going outside as well.

How does a standard "day of event" go?

We get to your location 15/20 minutes early to set everything up properly to ensure maximum gaming time! When it is ready our gaming trailer instructor will give a brief instructive speech on how everything is managed, ask preferences, and then everything will be ready to rock and roll! When the event is over, we shut down and head out. Leaving the host with a no mess/no stress event!
Where are you located and which areas do you service?

We are proudly local and located in Summerville, SC. Our current pricing guide allows us to travel upwards of an hour from our home base. We absolutely go to events outside of an hour's drive for an additional cost!
